Shipping & Delivery
All orders received are shipped on the next working day via Australia Post. Please be aware that we cannot make any guarantees relating to delivery times once your order has been dispatched. After the point of dispatch, it is in the hands of the carrier and it is their guarantees and timeframes that apply.
When will I receive my item(s)?
Please allow 5-7 working days, although most deliveries are made within 4-5 days.
Please allow 2-3-4 working days, please refer to AusPost for more information, it highly depends if you area is within the express delivery network.
Pick up order is only available in Pyrmont NSW:
Please place order online and opt in for pick up, then we will advise you of the address and the pick up order id.
Pick up is is available from Monday-Friday 10am-4.30pm from Pyrmont.
Can you ship my order to a different address?
Yes. You can specify your preferred delivery address at checkout.
Please contact us for a quote to ship anywhere outside the Australia.

Returns & Replacements
All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the purchase or receive a faulty/damaged product, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you provided it is still new, unused, resealable in its original packaging(box)and we are notified within 30 days of delivery - Contact Us Here.
We will endevour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect or damage during transport, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. However if the request is to refund or exchange the item due to a change of mind then the buyer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
